Towing Responsibility

If the golf cart must be towed because of a dead battery, a blown or damaged tire, or instructions from law enforcement that I am not permitted to drive the cart, I agree that I am responsible for immediately contacting a towing company and paying for its services to return the golf cart to the property at my own expense.
